Booking Conditions

Here are the general rental conditions:
The hired must be left nice and tidy. We expect that when you leave the flat, there is no dishwashing or waste left. By departing the renter must arrange wash, empty the refrigerator and make cleanup before departure. The renter must clean the kitchen, fridge and stove, light vacuum cleaning, washing / emptying the dishwasher and disposal of waste. Table wiped off, cleaned the sink.
Always Leave the house in the same condition as you took it.

Final cleaning is compulsory and is not included in rental price. The price is 120 us dollars.

Electricity and water included in rental price. Use video, television, radio and similar facilities are also included.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not included in the rental price and if you want to rent it as it costs 15 us dollars per person.

Guest numbers must not exceed the number we've provided the 5 persons without permission. Children, regardless of age be counted as persons.
Apartments are non smoking and outdoor shoes should not be used inside (take shoes off at the entrance).

It must be quiet in the house between the hours. 22 to kl.08 next day.
